What You’ll Do

• Assist with onboarding logistics and coordination
• Support recruitment workflows
• Serve as a key liaison across departments
• Move candidates efficiently through hiring stages to meet organizational needs
• Help with various HR-related tasks to maintain an efficient onboarding and recruitment process

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, interviewing, and candidate sourcing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a small team environment and handle multiple priorities
