Join a luxury, family-owned jewelry store as a Jewelry Sales Associate, where you will help customers celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, enjoys building lasting relationships, and brings energy and professionalism to every interaction. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, high-end shopping experience with outstanding customer service
• Assist clients with fine jewelry, engagement rings, bridal jewelry, watches, and gifts
• Build repeat business through relationship-selling, referrals, and thoughtful follow-up
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals using strong selling and closing skills
• Educate customers on gemstones, metals, quality, warranties, and jewelry care
• Accurately process sales transactions and support CRM/POS activity
• Maintain organized showcases, attractive displays, and well-stocked merchandise
• Assist with inventory, special orders, repairs, and store events/community outreach

Qualifications 

• Retail sales experience preferred (luxury retail/jewelry a plus)
• Confident communicator 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable learning product details and industry terminology
• Tech-savvy (CRM/POS) and social media presence strongly preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Job Details

• Job Type: Permanent
• Pay: $45k-$50K, based on experience 
• Hours / Schedule: Full-Time, weekend availability required
• Location: Onsite (Lancaster, PA)
