TriStarr’s COVID Commitment Letter
Author: Lauren Hunter

Let me start by saying thank you for being a client of TriStarr during 2020. We appreciate the faith and confidence you put in us for your hiring needs during a very challenging year. Thank you.
Recent media coverage correctly reported that TriStarr is providing staffing services to Lancaster County’s proposed Community Vaccination Center (CVC). We were excited to be asked to be part of this important endeavor. I wanted to reach out to you today to give you an idea of the thought process that went into accepting this opportunity. Most importantly, we fully intend to maintain our regular day-to-day business operations and processes which are so important to us and that you have come to rely on.
From the first call about helping with the CVC, I was adamant, that in order to accept the project, we had to ensure that it did not disrupt our established and valued clients. My first step was to create a plan that separated the CVC project from normal operations. Our team met and came up with a plan that accomplishes that. We have identified two internal employees dedicated to the oversight of this project. The remainder of our twelve-member team remains focused on your staffing needs. Additionally, we will hire 5-7 project managers that will work at the site, managing the hundreds of team members that we will hire for the CVC. Most of these managers have been identified and, based on the start date of vaccinations, we look to start training this week or next.
Rest assured, your business in the long-term remains a top priority and will not be interrupted by our work on the CVC project. We are proud and humbled to be part of this effort. The initial response from our community to staff this project has been truly overwhelming.
Thank you again for your trust and confidence. If there is anything you need from TriStarr, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or Joan Paxton, personally.
Sincerely,
Scott F. Fiore
