As part of our finance division, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our corporate entities' financial activities. Here's what you'll do:

• Support accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process commission payments to ensure smooth internal operations.
• Upload corporate credit card transactions and manage employee reimbursements.
• Handle finance tasks like bank reconciliations and check deposits.
• Assist with various accounting functions for special projects.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• An Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Familiarity with NetSuite software (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
