Day Shift Warehouse Scheduling Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all outbound schedules are met on time
• Communicate effectively with warehouse associates and drivers to coordinate activities
• Assign work tasks based on the outbound schedule to optimize workflow
• Use basic warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
• Support a team-oriented environment and help resolve any logistical issues promptly

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, distribution, or dispatch/scheduling
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and computer-savvy mindset
• Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred, familiarity with SAP/DLX a plus
• Must be flexible, available to work long shifts, and adaptable to changing schedules

• Pay / Salary: $20/hr
• Hours / Schedule: 3 scheduling options
