Day Shift Warehouse Scheduling Assistant

You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely loading, coordinating with drivers and associates, and maintaining efficient warehouse flow—all while working in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all outbound schedules are met on time
• Communicate effectively with warehouse associates and drivers to coordinate activities
• Assign work tasks based on the outbound schedule to optimize workflow
• Use basic warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
• Support a team-oriented environment and help resolve any logistical issues promptly

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, distribution, or dispatch/scheduling
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and computer-savvy mindset
• Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred, familiarity with SAP/DLX a plus
• Must be flexible and available to work long shifts

Job Details

• Job Type: Temporary. Starting after successful interviewing until 12/31/2026
• Location: Lancaster, PA — on-site with steel toe shoes required
• Pay / Salary: $20/hr
• Hours / Schedule: Monday- Thursday from 6 am to 6 pm
