Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee accounting functions, compliance, and risk management
• Manage liquidity, investments, and capital sources to support organizational goals
• Develop and implement strategies that balance risk with mission-driven objectives
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive organizational growth and financial sustainability
• Supervise finance staff and foster a high-performance team culture
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members and community partners

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Proven leadership in financial planning, risk management, and compliance
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
