A well-established HVAC/service organization is seeking a Billing Specialist to provide temporary support during an internal transition. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys accurate, detail-focused work and partnering with operations to keep invoicing timely and customer-ready. 

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Review completed service tickets and confirm all billable items are captured on each invoice
• Flag discrepancies and coordinate corrections with the Service Manager or Account Manager
• Follow customer-specific invoicing processes and requirements
• Email invoices to customers and mail invoices when required
• Help respond to customer invoicing questions by connecting with the appropriate internal team member

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Previous billing/invoicing experience (service billing is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling ticket details to invoices
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and consistent with a full-time schedule

Job Details

• Job Type: Temporary (approx. 2–3 months)
• Pay / Salary: $23–$25/hour 
• Hours / Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Location: On-site in Lancaster, PA 
• Projected Start: Immediately pending successful interviewing
