Bookkeeper – Part Time

What You’ll Do

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accurate coding in QuickBooks Online and Desktop
• Post routine bookkeeping entries and maintain precise financial records
• Communicate regularly with the remote Treasurer about financial matters
• Assist with general office tasks and visitor interactions, contributing to a warm, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (primary) and QuickBooks Desktop a plus
• Practical knowledge of invoicing, accounts payable, and basic bookkeeping
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Dependable, friendly, and adaptable team player
• Comfortable working independently and handling multiple responsibilities
