Our client, a prominent Lancaster organization, is seeking a Senior Payroll Processor to support union payroll operations and process accurate, timely, and compliant payrolls.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Process weekly payroll end-to-end, including checks/ACH and payroll reporting
• Administer the timekeeping system and train field users on best practices
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee data 
• Handle multi-union requirements, certified payrolls, and union remittances
• Review calculations for wages, taxes, benefits, and deductions for accuracy
• Manage voluntary/involuntary deductions and related filings/payments
• Support I-9 collection and E-Verify
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and process improvement projects

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on payroll experience required; union payroll exposure required
• Strong Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills
• High discretion, accuracy, and ability to prioritize in a busy environment
• Professional, service-minded communication and problem-solving skills

Job Details

• Job Type: Permanent
• Start Date: ASAP (pending interviews)
• Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000/year based on experience 
• Hours / Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid, Mon.-Fri., 8 AM – 4:30 PM
• Location: Lancaster, PA
