Are you detail-driven and energized by improving how work gets done? This fully remote Associate Auditor opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing work for accuracy, spotting trends, and helping a team deliver consistently high-quality service. You’ll support their operations by auditing mailroom/correspondence and related workflow processes, sharing findings, and helping strengthen performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Complete random and targeted quality audits tied to client, vendor, or product requirements
• Review work items and processes against documented procedures, deadlines, and service standards
• Track findings, identify trends, and communicate results to team members and functional leaders
• Provide constructive coaching to help improve accuracy and consistency
• Recommend process improvements based on audit outcomes and observations
• Respond to questions and appeals related to disputed audit findings
• Help maintain procedure documentation and support training on new processes
• Pitch in as needed to help the team meet turnaround time expectations

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Experience with quality assurance, auditing, or process compliance in an operations environment
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working from written procedures
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fully remote setting

Job Details

• Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent around February 2027
• Pay / Salary: $21–$23 per hour
• Hours / Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Location: Fully Remote
