You’ll support their benefits operations by keeping eligibility information accurate and up to date, while providing timely, professional support to members and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Review and process eligibility enrollments, terminations, and changes with a high level of accuracy
• Update member records in accordance with documented procedures and client requirements
• Research and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data exceptions
• Respond to phone, written, and electronic inquiries and document actions taken
• Partner with teammates and third parties to ensure coverage information stays current and correct

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Strong data entry accuracy and comfort working in a process-driven environment
• Clear, professional communication skills and a service-first mindset
• Solid organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a fully remote setting
• Preferred: prior eligibility/enrollment, benefits administration, or similar operational support experience

• Job Type: Temporary-6 months (Full-Time)
• Pay / Salary: $21-23/hr (DOE)
• Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (EST) 
• Location: Fully Remote (must be located in Pennsylvania
