Customer Service Representative (Temp to Perm)

Join a growing, locally owned service company as their next Customer Service Representative. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being the friendly first voice customers hear, staying organized in a busy office, and taking ownership of follow up. You will play a key role in helping customers get timely answers while making sure new website inquiries are tracked and handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls with a professional, upbeat phone presence
• Assist customers with questions, scheduling, and general service inquiries
• Route requests to the right team member and ensure timely follow up
• Monitor and track new website leads, documenting next steps and outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and activity
• Complete data entry and update customer details in company systems
• Provide general administrative support to the office and operations teams

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• Prior customer service, office, administrative, or call handling experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer focused approach
• Detail oriented with solid data entry accuracy
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Confident with computers and learning new systems
• Industry experience in fuel, HVAC, or home services is a plus

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-Perm
• Pay / Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours / Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends)
• Location: On-site, Lancaster County, PA
