Holiday and retention bonus:
TriStarr employees are eligible for holiday bonus for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day when:
they have achieved 1000 hours of work in a 12 month period and if they work at least 24 hours in the week of the holiday.
TriStarr employees are eligible for retention bonus for every 2,000 hours of work, without a significant lapse in service.

401k retirement plan:
TriStarr Staffing offers the option to participate in the 401k plan if an employee meets all of the following requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Employed through TriStarr for one year
- Worked a minimum of 1,250 hours during that year
If you meet the listed eligibility criteria, you will be notified by our payroll department and given detailed documents about the 401k plan.
