Client Experience Specialist

You’ll work closely with advisors and team members in a collaborative setting, supporting new client onboarding, managing schedules, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication via phone and email
• Coordinate onboarding workflows and prepare advisors for meetings
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
• Maintain and enhance CRM workflows and client data accuracy
• Support operational tasks and cross-team communication
• Handle client onboarding, client management, and follow-up

Qualifications / What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services or client-facing roles
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
• A professional attitude with discretion and adaptability

• Job Type: Permanent
• Pay / Salary: $70,000 – $80,000/year
• Hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm Mon-Thu, 8 am – 4 pm Fri
• Location: onsite in Gap, PA
